1. Subscription Refunds

Prediktos offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10 premium tips during that period.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund available within 24 hours if no premium tips have been accessed.
  • Full refund available within 7 days if fewer than 10 premium tips accessed.
  • No refunds after 7 days from the subscription date.
  • No partial refunds for cancelled subscriptions mid-billing-cycle.
  • Renewal payments are non-refundable once the new billing period begins.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@prediktos.com with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and loss of access to all services.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
